A warm welcome, I am Dagmar Pilz. My family has a long-standing tradition with Planneralm. I have lived in this mountain village for many years. Now, I want to offer my guests special experiences in the Plannerkessel with my apartment ("Mein Appartement") in the center of the village.

My maisonette apartment No. 9, measuring 42m², is situated on the 2nd floor of the apartment building, directly next to the lift ticket office, and can accommodate 2 to 4 people.

Modern & homely
The modernly furnished holiday apartment features, on the ground floor, an entrance area with a large wardrobe, a separate bathroom with a toilet, a living and kitchen area, and a sofa bed (80-160 x 200cm) with a panoramic view. The kitchen provides everything needed for a holiday apartment stay.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bedroom with a box-spring double bed is located.
Facilities
Depending on the occupancy, bed linen and hand or bath towels are provided. Toilet paper, kitchen roll, hand soap, and various other cleaning supplies are also available in the apartment.
TV and Wi-Fi free of charge
Despite the beautiful view, the panoramic window offers a magnificent view of the slopes and mountains, the 50" satellite TV can provide entertainment during bad weather. Free Wi-Fi with an access code is also available for every guest.
Basement with laundry facilities
In the basement, there is a ski and ski boot drying room, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
Apartment Key
Guests will find the apartment key upon arrival in the key safe located in the stairway of the house. Free parking is available around the apartment building in the village's public parking lot.

Arrival and Location
On the day of arrival, "My Apartment" is available from 3:00 PM.
Free parking spaces are available around the apartment building at the village's public parking lot.
The holiday apartment building Planneralm is located in the highest ski village in Styria, Planneralm, at an altitude of 1,600 meters. Once you arrive, you can reach everything on foot.
The hiking trails and ski slopes start just a few steps from the apartment. It's also only a few minutes' walk to restaurants (see opening hours), ski huts, sports shops, and a small grocery store.
Apartment Key
Guests will find the apartment key upon arrival in the key safe located in the stairway of the house (the code will be provided via email in advance).

Quiet hours
Enjoy the tranquility of the mountains: Please observe the quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:30 (keep radio and TV at room volume).
Pets
Pets are welcome for an additional fee.
"Who likes to be alone at home?" – Please do not leave your pet alone in the apartment. The owner of the pet is liable for any damages!
Garbage
Please dispose of garbage bags in the designated bins next to the building.
Departure
Unfortunately, every vacation comes to an end, and to ensure the next guests can also move into a nicely cleaned apartment, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure and dispose of the garbage.
Don't forget: Please return the key to key safe No. 9.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, it can happen that a well-deserved vacation cannot be taken for various reasons. Therefore, I recommend a hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (European Travel Insurance) (www.europaeische.at).
My cancellation policy is as follows:
- Up to 3 months before arrival: No cancellation fee
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price will be charged
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price will be charged
- Within the last week: 90% of the total price will be charged
- In case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total price will be charged
Cancellations are only accepted in written form!
